음낭 종괴의 초음파 소견 = Ultrasonography of Scrotal Masses

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1984년 2월부터 1985년 9월까지 경북대학교 의과대학 부속병원에서 음낭종괴로 초음파 검사를 시행한 환자중 조직학적으로나 임상적으로 확진된 12명을 대상으로 하여 초음파 소견을 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
음낭의 고해상력 초음파 검사는 고환의 병변과 고환내 병변을 쉽게 구별할 수 있고, 큰 음낭수종이나 음낭의 동통성 종창으로 인해 이학적 검사를 할 수 없는 고환의 검사와, 초음파 소견을 분석해서 어느 정도 조직학적 진단을 내릴수 있으므로 아주 유용한 검사방법이라 하겠다.

Ultrasonograpic studies of twelve patients with scrotal mass histologically or clinically proven at Kyungpook National University Hospital from Feb. 1984 to Sep. 1985 were respectively analized.
High-resolution sonography of the scrotum readily distinguished testicular lesions from extratesticular lesions. Sonography is particularly useful in evaluation of the testis, which is obscured by a large hydorcele or painful scrotal swelling.
