산성염모제 시술 후 모발세정에 따른 모표피 구조 변화에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Structural Changes of Hair Cuticles after Acid Hair Dyeing and Washing

This paper presents the findings of a study to identify the changes that occur in hair cuticles after acid dyeing and washing. The cuticles are examined through an scanning electron microscope to identify these changes. The study shows that the hair cuticle ends without washing and pH balancing after application of acid hair dye showed some loosens. However, when the dyed hair cuticle is repeatedly washed with alkali, acid or post-dyeing wash, the hair gloss becomes tarnished, the hair cuticle end loosens, the hair comes off at the cuticle layer, or the hair cuticle is seriously damaged beyond recognition. The dyed hair cuticle with pH balancing treatment shows less serious damage than those without the treatment. But when using dye washing, without any pH balancing, there was no damage to the epidermis.
