This study aims to compare and examine gendered accessibility experiences by their parental status and the youngest child's age. Accessibility measures based on time-geographic concepts are calculated through GIS-based geocomputation using US Portland Metro's activity-travel diary datasets. Whether and how much Child affects accessibility experiences by gender is explored in terms of the caring burden by the needs from the youngest child of dual-earner couples. In addition, Gendered accessibility experiences are examined in terms of spatio-temporality of the formation of accessibility in space-time by the age of child. Major findings are as follows:
    (1) The presence of child reduces in general the level of accessibility. Especially, women with child have the lowest accessibility even if women work part-time more than men do, and thus may have time for more non-work flexible activities.
    (2) The number of child affects the level of accessibility differently between women and men. It does for women but it's not the case for men. As the number of child increases the level of women's accessibility tends to decrease and the gender gap of accessibility also increases.
    (3) The change of accessibility level by the age of youngest child is greater for women than for men, which implies women's accessibility is more sensitive to the age of child than men. It means women are disproportionately shoulder heavier burdens coming from their child then men.
    (4) Women's accessible urban opportunities are spatially restricted to closer to home nearly by half of men's accessible spatial realm. Especially women with young child (0-6 years old) are found to be spatially entrapped regarding the access to urban opportunities.
    (4) Women with younger child have spatial pegs much closer to home than the other groups. Locations where fixed activities are performed and accessibility spaces are constructed strongly determines spatiality of individuals' accessibility. In this regard, distance from home to work (another important spatial peg) is quite important. Couples with child aged 0-3 and 3-6 years have the largest gap in distance from home to work. The shorter work distance is related to women's narrower spatial reach to urban opportunities.
