공동체 가치 창출을 위한 융합 체계 - 4가지 공동체 분석을 통한 융합디자인 중심 - = Convergence System for Creation of Community Value - Focused on Convergence through Analysis on 4 Communities -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대 사회는 공동체의 커뮤니티 활성화로 지역 사업을 해결하고 있다. 이러한 공동체 개념을 Tonnies(1955)의 연구에서 확인하고, Taylor(2011)가 강조하는 시민의 역할을 논의한다. 그리고 영국의 사례로서 NDC와 일본 키타큐슈 에코타운 사업의 ‘적정처리’ 개념을 확인한다. 한국의 제4차 국토종합계획의 주요 내용, 2025 서울시 도시재생 전략을 확인한다. 1990년 이후 신자유주의를 중심으로 시민의 공동체에 직접 참가를 논의한다. 사업은 주민, 지방자치단체, 지역 전문가. 대학, 기업 협의체를 중심으로 확인하다. 또한, 공동체 사업에서 전략적인 스토리텔링을 강조한다. 스토리의 가치는 난단 닐레카니(2008)의 창조성과 조합에 주목하고, 디자인 카운슬의 ‘더블 다이아몬드 프레임 워크 서비스 방법론’에서 상호 융합 구조를 보완한다. 사전 연구를 보완하여 가치 창출을 위한 5단계 과정과 체계를 제시한다. 공동체 분석은 스토리, 융합, 가치의 순환을 중심으로 주인공, 갈등, 장래 요인, 원형, 가치, 순환, 융합 체계, 스타일을 중심으로 조사하였다. 청년 일자리를 위한 스토리 창출 형으로 평택 통복 시장, 지역 정체성을 담는 역사 공간 형은 군산과 전라남도 함평군, 자연과 공존을 선택한 생태 공간 형 순천, 환경 개선을 중심으로 기획 공간 형 청라호수공원이다. 설문 결과는 지자체 스토리에 대한 가치와 순환 구조, 융합, 디자인에 대하여 매우 긍정적이다. 구체적으로 브랜드 전략화, 가치의 융합 모델, 가치의 공감을 통한 사회적 확대, 다양한 가치가 순환의 가능성을 확인한 것이다. 또한, 분석을 통하여 8가지 요소를 통한 공동체 사업이 가능함을 확인하였다. 그리하여 가치 창출 체계를 기본으로 공동체 가치 창출을 위한 4가지 요소 중심에 융합 체계를 제시한다.

Modern society is resolving the local issues by revitalizing the community. This study identifies these community concepts in the study by Tonnies (1955) and discusses the role of citizens emphasized by Taylor (2011). And as an example in the United Kingdom, this study confirms the concept of 'appropriate processing' of NDC and Japan's Kitakyushu Ecotown project. And the main contents of Korea's fourth comprehensive national territory plan, Seoul's urban regeneration strategy 2025 are confirmed. Focusing on neo-liberalism since 1990, this study discusses the of citizens’ direct participation in the community. Projects are verified centered on residents, local governments, and local experts. university, and cooperates’ business consultative body. Also, this study emphasizes strategic storytelling in community business. The value of the story pays attention to the creativity and combination by Nandan Nilekani (2008) and complements the mutual convergence structure in the design council's "Double Diamond Frame Work Service Methodology." A five-step process and framework for value organizing are presented in this study, by supplementing precedent researches. The community analysis researched the main characters, conflicts, future factors, original form, values, circulation, convergence system, and style focusing on the stories, convergence and circulation of values. The Tongbok Market in Pyeongtaek was selected as story-telling type for job creation for the youth. The historical space types selected, containing regional identity, are Gunsan and Hampyeong-gun in Jeollanam-do. Suncheon is the ecological space type that chose to coexist with nature, and Cheongna Lake Park is the planning space type focusing on environmental improvement. The results of the survey are very positive about the value, circulatory structure convergence, and design of the municipal government stories. Specifically, the possibility of circulation is confirmed by strategizing brand, convergence model of value, social expansion through sympathy on value, and various values. Furthermore, the analysis confirmed that community projects are possible through eight factors. Therefore, a convergence system is presented at the center of four factors for community value creation based on a value creation system.
