H-5AL 교수학습 모형을 활용한 보육학개론 수업이 예비보육교사의 자기주도학습능력, 의사소통능력, 문제해결력에 미치는 영향 = The Impact of the H-5AL Teaching and Learning Model on Self-directed Learning, Communication, and Problem Solving Skills in an Introduction to Childcare Class for Prospective Childcare Teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 하브루타, 게이미피케이션, 스마트액티비티를 통합적으로 구성한H-5AL 교수학습 모형을 ‘보육학개론’ 수업에 적용하고, 예비보육교사의 자기주도학습능력, 의사소통능력, 문제해결력의 변화를 실증적으로 검증하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 C시에 위치한 S대학교에서 보육학개론 교과목을 수강한 예비보육교사 63명이며, 수업 전후로 검증된 측정 도구를 활용한 사전·사후 검사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 대응표본 t-검정을 통해 수행하였다. 그 결과, 자기주도학습능력(t=-5.27, p<.001), 의사소통능력(t=-3.93, p<.001), 문제해결력(t=-4.15, p<.001)에서 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 향상이 나타났다. 하위 영역 분석에서는 '타인이해'와 '분석능력'을 제외한 대부분의 영역에서 유의미한 향상이 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 H-5AL 교수학습 모형이 예비보육교사의 핵심 역량을 향상시키는 데 효과적인 교수학습 방법임을 시사한다. 본 연구는 향후 보육교사 양성과정에서 H-5AL 교수학습 모형의 적용 가능성을 뒷받침하는 기초자료를 제공하며, 교수학습 전략의 통합적 활용에 대한 실천적 방향을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effects of the H-5AL teaching and learning model—an integrated approach combining Havruta, gamification, and smart activities—on the self-directed learning, communication, and problem-solving abilities of prospective childcare teachers. The participants were 63 students enrolled in an Introduction to Childcare course at S University in C City. Pre- and post-tests using validated measurement tools were administered, and the data were analyzed using paired sample t-tests. The results indicated statistically significant improvements in self-directed learning (t = -5.27, p < .001), communication (t = -3.93, p < .001), and problem-solving skills (t = -4.15, p < .001). Sub-domain analysis revealed significant gains in most areas, with the exception of ‘understanding others’ and ‘analytical thinking.’ These findings suggest that the H-5AL model is an effective instructional strategy for enhancing core competencies in prospective childcare teachers. This study provides foundational data supporting the applicability of the H-5AL model in childcare teacher education and offers practical insights into the integrated use of teaching and learning strategies.
