      This study aims to analyze how it affects the physical strength of the elderly through the Nomad physical education program. The research method was compared and analyzed by dividing it into before and after participation in the same program, and the Nomad physical education program was operated for a total of 12 sessions. As for the research method, a corresponding sample t-test was performed using the SPSS statistical program, and the pre and post groups were compared and analyzed. The results are as follows. First, participants of the Nomad physical education program increased muscle mass, height, and weight, and second, increased muscle function, muscle function, and cardiopulmonary endurance. Third, flexibility increased, but balance and coordination decreased. Through this, the Nomad physical education program generally showed positive effects on the elderly, and by supplementing the program that can improve balance and coordination in the future, the Nomad physical education program aims to play an important role in maintaining a healthy life for the elderly.
