대학생의 진로 불안이 취업 의지에 미치는 구조적 경로: 진로 역량의 매개효과 검증 = The Structural Relationship between Career Anxiety and Employment Intention: The Mediating Role of Career Competency in University Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 진로 불안이 취업 의지에 미치는 구조적 영향을 분석하고, 이 관계에서 진로 역량(진로 동기, 진로 계획성, 진로 준비 행동)의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 진로 불안은 진로 정보 탐색 부족, 진로 성취에 대한 회의감, 부모 및 사회적 기대의 압박, 경제적 부담 등 네 가지 하위 요인으로 구성하였으며, 이를 중심으로 진로 역량및 취업 의지와의 관계를 구조방정식 모형을 통해 실증 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 진로 불안 중 진로 정보 탐색 부족과경제적 부담은 진로 동기에 부정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 기대의 압박과 경제적 부담은 진로 계획성에도 부정적인 영향을주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 진로 성취에 대한 회의감, 기대의 압박, 경제적 부담은 진로 준비 행동에 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 반면 진로 역량의 세 가지 요인은 모두 취업 의지에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 본연구는 진로 역량이 진로 불안과 취업 의지 사이의 관계를 매개한다는 실증적 증거를 제시함으로써, 진로 상담 및 교육 프로그램 개발에 있어 심리적 자원의 중요성을 강조한다.

This study examines the structural impact of university students’ career anxiety on employmentintention and empirically verifies the mediating effect of career competency, consisting of career motivation,career planning, and career preparation behavior. Career anxiety was categorized into four sub-factors: lack ofcareer information, skepticism about career success, pressure from social and parental expectations, and economicburden. Using a structural equation model (SEM), the study analyzed how these anxiety factors influenceemployment intention through career competencies. The results revealed that lack of career information andeconomic burden had significant negative effects on career motivation, while pressure from expectations andeconomic burden negatively affected career planning. Furthermore, skepticism about career success, socialpressure, and financial burden negatively influenced career preparation behaviors. On the other hand, all threecomponents of career competency showed significant positive effects on employment intention. The findingsprovide empirical support that career competency mediates the relationship between career anxiety andemployment intention, emphasizing the importance of enhancing psychological and planning capacities in careercounseling and education programs for university students.
