      This study aims to examine the relation between individual perception of the justice in the policies of hotel enterprises and perceived organizational support, and to inquire into how perceived organizational support influences the trust on the organization and superiors. and prosocial behaviour. It is also another goal of this study to provide strategic materials which are useful for hotel managers and service marketing business.
      The results are as follows.
      First, the justice which the employees of a hotel organization may perceive is classified into two categories like procedural justice and distributive justice. Second, procedural justice and distributive justice make a positive influence on perceived organizational support. Third, perceived organizational support, in turn, makes a positive influence on managemental trust.
      Fourth, perceived organizational support also promotes prosocial behaviour.
