우연적 연대성에 대한 연구 - 우연과 운의 재분배를 중심으로-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 우연과 운의 사회철학의 관점에서 삶의 출발선의 교정의 필요성을 제기한다. 이를 위해 정의감을 분석하되 그 기준은 인권이 아니라 자존감이라는 주장을 롤즈와의 논증을 통해 밝혀내고 결국 우리 사회가 추구해야할 우연적 연대성이라는 우연의 재분배를 운명공동체의 사회적 의식을 창출하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 운에 대한 논의는 ‘도덕적 운’과 ‘맹목적인 운’에 대한 구분에서 도덕적 책임과 권리문제를 제기할 수 있다. 곧 맹목적인 운에 대해 책임을 물을 수 없다는 것이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정의에 대한 논의는 한 세대에 국한되지 않고 세대 간의 정의의 문제로 확대되고 있다. 정의감을 합리성이 아닐 감정론의 차원에서 볼 때 좋음과 옳음의 구분은 선차성 논증에서 다루어지고 있는데, 결국 불평등과 시기심을 방치하다보면 시민들의 자존감의 손상을 가져오게 된다. 연대성을 확립하여 공존의 윤리의 필요성을 말할 때, 우연적 연대성의 개념이 중요하게 된다. 곧, 무한경쟁의 논리에 매달리는 자본주의에 맞서 귀족주의적인 입장에서 ‘노블레스 오블리제’의 이념으로 사회적 갈등을 해결하는 방법을 마련할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study raises the need for correction of the starting line from the point of view of the social philosophy of the luck and contingency of life. For this purpose, a sense of Justice and human rights, as well as criteria for self-esteem can be as key concept revealed through demonstration. In the end we need to pursue a society of community togetherness and social consciousness called the accidental coincidence through redistribution of fate. The discussion about the moral responsibility and rights in 'moral luck' and 'blind luck' can pose a problem, because blind luck can’t be held responsible for. Nevertheless, the discussion about Justice is not limited to a generation, but included as a matter of justice between the generations. The ethics of solidarity need to establish the coexistence, incidental togetherness concept. Against the logic of infinite competition in the capitalist aristocracy, 'noblesse oblige' principle provides a way to solve social conflicts.
