      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      Metal ion-induced and it's regulatory genes were screened in virulent Salmonella typhimurium UKI and tested cross-regulation with various stresses Using technque of P22-MudJ(Km, lacZ)-directed lacZ operon fusion, LF40 cuiA MudJ and LF153 cuiD MudJ which were induced by copper were selected cuiA and cuiD were determined anaerobic copper inducible and copper tolerance response gene, respectively. Also cuiA and cuiD loci map at 81 and 8min on Salmonella Genetic Map, respectively The two regulators were identified cuaR, which controls cuiA, and cudR, which controls cuiD by means of Tn10 pool. cuaR and cudR appeared negatively regulator because the expression of cuiA-lacZ and cuiD-lacZ were increased. Copper adapted UKI showed high resistance to H_2O_2, but cuiD did not. The product of the cudR locus was responsible for decreasing of survival to copper and H_2O_2. Furthemore cuiA and cuiAD locus was found to be part of a regulon under the control of a trans-acting regulators, rpoS, oxyR and relA Therefore, the results sugest CTR participate with oxidative stress on Salmonella.
