사랑공간이 있는 충북 전통주택의 평면 구성 특성 = The Characteristics of the Floor Plan of the Traditional House in Chungbuk with Sarang, Social Space

국문 초록 (Abstract)

조선 후기 신분의 변화와 경제력의 증가로 인해 주거의 변화가 나타났을 것으로 추정할 수 있다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 최근 김홍식 교수가 전자책으로 공개한 자료 중 충청북도의 전통가옥이 위치한 총 97채의 전통가옥으로 연구 범위를 한정했다. 이 주택을 CAAD 작업을 통해 안채와 사랑채 영역으로 구분하고, 서민층과 지배층의 주택을 대상으로 주택 평면 유형별 계열도를 도출해 주택 변화의 흐름과 특징을 도출했다. 평면유형을 상호 분석하는 방법은 본채의 사교공간인 사랑공간의 유무에 따라 평면유형체계에 의한 관계를 통해 나타난 주택 평면의 변형 특성을 분석하였다. 주택 유형별 비교 특성을 분석하여 지역별, 계층별 특성을 도출함으로써 당시의 사회상에 대한 이해를 높이고자 하였다. 이 연구 결과를 통해 유교 국가인 조선의 생활상에 대한 종합적인 해석을 시도했다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It can be assumed that changes in housing appeared due to changes in status and an increase in economic capacity in the late Choseon Dynasty occurred. Against this background, this study limited the scope of the study to a total of 96 traditional houses where traditional houses in Chungcheongbuk-do are located among the data recently released as e-books by Professor Kim Hong-sik. This house was divided into Anchae and a Sarangchae area through CAD work, and the flow and characteristics of housing change were derived by deriving a series diagram for each type of housing plane for the housing of the common class and the ruling class. The method of analyzing the plane types mutually analyzed the deformation characteristics of the housing planes that appeared through the relationship by the plane type system according to the presence or absence of a Sarang space, which is a social space in the main house. By analyzing the comparative characteristics of each housing type, it was intended to enhance understanding of the social situation of the time by deriving characteristics by region and class. Through the results of this study, a comprehensive interpretation of the life of Joseon, a Confucian country, was attempted.
