환경설계를 통한 범죄예방(CPTED)에 관한 연구: 지표 개발 및 측정

국문 초록 (Abstract)

상황적범죄예방이론과 환경설계를 통한 범죄예방(CPTED)기법과 관련하여 현재 우리나라에서 대표적으로 도입 및 설치되고 있는 것이 방범용 CCTV라고 할 수 있다.
하지만 방범용 CCTV 설치 기준은 그 동안 설치기준 협의 및 장소 선정권(주로 방범 취약지역, 어린이들 취약지역, 사고위험 발생지역, 어두운 공원지역을 기준)은 주로 일차적으로 경찰서 및 동이 책임을 지고 구청에서 배정해왔던 것이 관례였다.
이러한 문제점에 착안하여 이 연구에서는 방범용 CCTV 설치와 관련하여 과학적인 진단지표를 개발하여 방범효과를 극대화에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 방범용 CCTV 설치 진단 지표는 6가지 대항목(시야확보(9 문항), 기본배경(4문항), 주요시설과의 거리(4문항), 범행투입 노력의 증가(5문항), 범행위험성 제고(5문항), 제6영역 범행보상 감소(3문항)) 30개의 세부항목으로 구성하여 개발하였다.
또한 지역 주민 대상 설문지는 총 3개의 대항목(범죄에 대한 두려움(3 문항), 지역의 범죄 감시성(3 문항), 지역의 범죄통제성 및 CCTV 설치에 대한 찬성여부(4 문항) 10개의 문항으로 구성하였다.

Regarding Situational Crime Prevention Theory and CPTED(Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design), Currently, it is Crime Prevention CCTV to have been introduced in Korea.
But Crime Prevention CCTV's installation index is indefinite. By practice, The police and an office took the responsibility, A self-governing group assigned a Crime Prevention CCTV.
I find out these problems, A purpose of this study was to find its way to improve an Crime Prevention Effectiveness of CCTV through Development of Diagnosis Index for Crime Prevention CCTV.
Diagnosis Index for Crime Prevention CCTV comprises 6 categories: Surveillance Security(9 Questionnaire), Basic background(4 Questionnaire), distance from Main facility(4 Questionnaire), Increasing Perceived Effort(5 Questionnaire), Increasing Perceived Risks(5 Questionnaire), Reducing Anticipated Rewards(3 Questionnaire).
And A questionnaire For local residents comprises 3 categories: Fear of Crime(3 Questionnaire), Crime Surveillance(3 Questionnaire), Crime Control &, Pros and cons regarding CCTV installation(4 Questionnaire).
