집단작업치료가 지역사회 거주 경증치매환자의 인지기능 및 우울에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of a Group Occupational Therapy on Cognitive Function and Depression for Mild Dementia Patients in a Community

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 : 본 연구는 지역사회에 거주하는 치매환자에게 집단작업치료를 적용한 후에 치매환자의 인지기능과 우울에 미치 는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 집단작업치료가 지역사회에 거주하는 총 29명의 경증치매환자를 대상으로 단일군 전후실험설계 를 적용하여 진행되었다. 대상자 별 실험기간은 주 3회씩 4주간 총 12회기, 한 회기 당 50분씩 집단작업치료를 시행하 였고 중재 전후 인지기능과 우울수준을 비교분석하였다. 결과 : 집단작업치료 실시 전과 실시 후의 인지기능에 대한 분석을 한 결과 MMSE-K, CARDS-cog, GDS에서 통계적 으로 유의미한 치료효과가 확인되었다. 우울수준에 대한 분석을 한 결과 GDS-K는 통계적으로 유의미한 우울 증상 개선효과가 관찰되었다. 결론 : 집단작업치료가 지역사회 경증치매환자의 인지기능 증진과 우울관리에 효과적으로 나타났으며, 차후 연구에서는 보다 많은 대상과 치료기간을 통해 집단작업치료의 효과를 입증할 수 있는 연구들이 이루어질 필요가 있겠다.
