서비스 및 제조 기술의 다이너미즘과 전략적 활용 방법론 개발

국문 초록 (Abstract)

서비스 및 제조 통합시스템은 향후 가장 중요한 혁신의 대상으로 자리 매김 할 것이며, 이에 대한 체계적 분석과 전략적 활용 방안의 모색은 기업과 산업 성장의 원천, 더 나아가 국가 경쟁력의 근간이 될 것으로 판단된다. 제조기술의 단순 모방에서 이제는 새로운 제품 기술 혁신 역량을 확보하고 있는 국내 산업이 향후, 선진 경제로의 진입은 서비스와 제조 기술의 다이너미즘을 기업 전략적 차원에서 정부의 산업정책적 차원에서 이론적으로 연구하고 이와 연계되어 산업 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 다양한 방법론을 모색한다. 특히 서비스 및 제조 기술 간의 상황적, 동태적 관계를 기술측면의 미시적 차원에서 산업측면의 거시적 차원에서 분석한 연구가 매우 부족한 상황에서 본 연구는 기존의 기술간 공진화 이론의 확장 측면, 실제 기술간 변화를 대상으로 분석할 수 있는 방법론 자체에 대한 연구, 즉 방법론의 개발과 확장이라는 측면 그리고 전략과 정책 현장에서 현실적으로 이용할 수 있는 도구를 개발한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As an integrated system between services and manufacturing will become a target of the most important innovation in the future, the systematic analysis on the relation between them and strategic methods to construct it enable us to find the sources of private firms’ and industries’ growth as well as national competiveness. From the imitation and catch-up strategy toward the advanced economies, now Korean economy with innovation competence for new product in global market needs, in order for entering the advanced economy, the theoretical study the dynamism between service and manufacturing technologies and further practical application methods to industrial fields. In particular, under the lacks of studies on dynamic relations between service and manufacturing technologies at the micro level as well as between both industries at the macro level, this study includes the following issues: firstly it examines new theories including an extended convolution between service and manufacturing technologies or industries; secondly, it develops several methods to analyze the dynamic features for both technologies and relations between them; lastly, it proposes a useful tool to apply the theories and methods to industrial fields at the strategic and policy level.
