여자 프로골프선수의 심리적 방해 요인과 대처방안에 관한 연구 = The comparative Analysis of Psychological Hindrance and the Treatment Methods Between female Tour:Professional and Semi-Professional Golfers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 여자 투어프로선수와 세미프로선수들 간의 심리적 방해요인과 대처방안을 비교 분석함으로써 선수들로 하여금 자신의 심리적 특성(장.단점)을 정확히 알아 경기력 향상에 도움 되는 심리기술 훈련의 정보를 찾고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
연구 대상은 2008년 4월 제주도(제피로서 c.c)에서 열린 김영주 여자 오픈에 참가하는 정회원 투어프로선수 50명과 2008년 4월 드림투어 1차전에 참가하는 준회원 세미프로선수 50명으로 하였으며, 심기평(2006)의 선행연구에서 사용된 설문지를 수정 보안 하여 사용하였다.
심리적 방해요인의 집단 간의 차이와 대처방안의 차이는 교차분석()으로, 심리적 방해요인의 영향의 차이는 t-Test 로 검증하였으며, 유의수준은 α=.05로 하였다. 도출된 결과로 아래와 같은 결론을 얻었다.
첫째, 투어프로 집단 보다 세미프로 집단이 상대가 홀에 먼저 근접 시켰을 때, 전술, 전략의 부족, 동반 경기자가 롱퍼팅 칩샷이 들어 갈 때, 불안, 긴장, 흥분이 느껴질 때, 지나친 자신감, 슬럼프, 상대선수의 경기가 잘 될 때, 경기규모에 대한 상황에서 더 많은 심리적 방해요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 투어프로 집단이 세미프로 집단 보다 동반 경기자의 진행속도, 세컨샷 방향이 장애물에 가려질 때에 상황에서는 더 많은 영향을 받아 유의한(p<.05) 차이가 나타났으며, 슬럼프, 상대선수의 경기가 잘 될 때, 경기규모에서는 투어프로 집단 보다 세미프로 집단이 더 높은 수준의 영향을 받아 유의한 차이가 조사되었다(p<.05).
셋째, 투어프로 집단과 세미프로 집단간의 심리적 방해요인에 대한 대처방안의 차이는 경기가 잘 되고 있을 때 보기 이상을 범하거나 벌타가 부과 될 때, 상대가 홀에 먼저 근접 시켰을 때, 정신집중의 저하, 실수나 실패에 대한 두려움, 훈련부족, 장시간 밀렸을 때, 불안, 긴장, 흥분이 느껴질 때, 지나친 자신감, 슬럼프, 상대선수의 경기가 잘 될 때, 세컨샷 방향이 장애물에 가려 질 때, 자신감 결여, 승패에 대한 두려움, 기후, 캐디와 의견 불일치, 체력부족 상황에서 대처방안에 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05).
따라서 심리적 방해요인과 대처방안에 관한 현재까지 연구들은 대부분 엘리트 선수들이나 우수한 선수를 대상으로 한 연구가 대부분이기 때문에 기술 습득의 기초단계에서의 심리적 방해요인에 대처하는 심리적 기술훈련의 효과를 규명하는 연구나 성별, 다양한 연령층, 일반인에 대한 심리적 방해요인을 분석하고 대처방안에 관련된 심리기술훈련의 효과를 규명하는 연구가 보다 폭 넓게 이루어져야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The research which sees comparison analyzes the psychological intervening factor and a disposal plan of the female tour-pro players and the semi-pro players between with the players letting psychological quality of oneself (the market. Weak point) accurately knows and information of the psychological technical training which becomes help in light vigorous improvement and the goal does seeks character there is. The research object 50 people the full member tour-pro player who participates to the Kim permanent residence female open which from 2008 April Jeju-island (Zephyrus c.c) is opened and 2008 April the before the tour first giving participates with 50 people member semi-pro players whom gives to do, amendment secured question is used from preceding research of the mind criticism (2006) and used. The group of the psychological intervening factor with difference in range analysis of disposal plan (), verified with t-Test of effects of the psychological intervening factor, the level of significance did with α=.05. With lower part drew a same conclusion with the result which had become escape.
First, when more tour-pro group semi-pro group than the relation gets near to the hall first, insufficiency and accompaniment condition own insufficiency of tactic and strategy it ladled and thing the chip shot listened to and when going, insecurity, the tension and excitation felt and at the time of quality, with the fact that it operates with a more psychological intervening factor from the situation regarding a condition size the confidence which goes to extremes, slump, when condition of the relative bow well becoming.
Second, semi-pro group semi-pro group compared to accompaniment condition volition running speed and tax second shot direction hid in obstacle and at the time of quality it received a more effect from situation and the difference which considers(p<.05) appeared, slump, when condition of the relative bow well becoming, It is belonged it received the leveling instrument effect whose minute pro group is higher U pro group than from condition size and the difference which considers was investigated(p<.05).
Third, The difference when the condition is becoming well, commits the above it sees in the disposal plan against third, semi-pro group and the psychological intervening factor of tour-pro group for when punishment another family being levied, when the relation gets near to the hall first to the decrease, a real income or the failure of spirit concentration, it confronts, training insufficiency, when long time being pushed, insecurity, the tension and excitation feel and at the time of quality, the confidence which goes to extremes, slump, when condition of the relative bow well becoming to a confidence lack and a victory or defeat and, second shot the direction hides in obstacle and at the time of quality, it confronts, climate, caddie and opinion discord, The difference which considers to a disposal plan from physical strength insufficient situation appeared(p<.05).
Consequently until the present time regarding a psychological disruption and disposal method the researches most elite player it admits but the top player research or the sex which examines closely the effect of the psychological technical training which because one research is most in the object it disposes in psychological disruption from fundamental phase of technical find, the age group which is various, the width which the research which reveals the effect of the psychological technical training which in disposal method analyze the psychological disruption against the friend of same taste and relates sees will do to become accomplished widely.
