청소년의 우울과 행동억제 및 정서조절곤란의 관계 연구 고찰

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 고찰에서는 행동억제와 정서조절곤란, 우울 간의 관계에 관한 연구들을 검토하였다. 먼저 행동억제, 정서조절곤란, 청소년의 우울의 개념을 알아보고, 각각의 관계에 관한 연구들을 개관하였다. 그리고 다음의 결론이 제시되었다. 행동억제와 정서조절곤란, 청소년의 우울은 상호간에 관련이 있다. 즉, 행동억제의 성향을 가진 청소년은 정서조절의 어려움의 원인이 된다. 또한, 행동억제의 성향이 있는 청소년은 정서조절의 어려움은 겪으며 결과적으로 우울을 경험한다. 마지막으로 본 고찰의 향후 연구 방향을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this examinaion, a research on relationship between behavioral Inhibition, difficulties in emotional regulation, depression of adolescents was reviewed. Initially, a concept of behavioral inhibition, difficulties in emotional regulation, depression of adolescents was observed and research on each relationship was viewed. Then the following conclusion was proposed. behavioral inhibition, difficulties in emotional regulation, depression of adolescents was mutually related. Behavioral inhibitive personality tendency makes it difficult to emotional regulation and depression. Lately, a future research direction of this examination was discussed.
