중소기업 임직원의 제조업 스마트화 노력 수준이 BSC 관점의 기업 성과에 미치는 영향

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In order to activate smart manufacturing systems in SMEs, it is necessary to form a culture that aims to introduce and utilize new manufacturing systems by providing interest and support to small and medium-sized employees in the manufacturing sector.
Therefore, this study analyzes how the interests and support of executive groups and working groups for smart manufacturing systems affect the degree of smart manufacturing system utilization. Then this study approaches how smart manufacturing system utilization effects can affect firm performance, including not only tangible outcomes, but also intangible outcomes based on BSC.
The analysis was conducted using data from the “2017 Survey on the Information Level of Korean Small and Medium Enterprises” from the Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs.
The results show that the interest and support of the executive group for smart manufacturing systems is an important factor in the utilization of the system.
Finally, the results are meaningful from academic and industrial perspectives to identify the influence of a CEO’s efforts for applying an actively smart manufacturing system to their firm, and this active use determines the firm’s performance.
