사회복지상담의 관점과 실천의 가치 - SPECT모델을 중심으로 - = The values and perspectives of social work counseling - based on SPECT model -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 사회복지상담의 정체성을 규명하고자 SPECT모델을 제시하면서 사회복지상담의 본질을 명확히 하고자 하였다. SPECT모델은 사회복지상담이 견지해야 하는 관점을 제시하고 있는데, 이는 주관성 (Subjectivity), 촉진관계성(Precipitate), 절충성(Eclectic), 맥락성(Context), 가변성(Treatable)으로 구체화된다. 이를 요약하면 주관성이란 모든 개인은 고유하며 독특하다고 이해되어야 함을 강조하며, 여기에는 인간존중, 개별화, 공감, 의도적 감정표현, 수용, 진실성의 사회복지실천의 가치가 포함된다. 촉진관 계성은 내담자의 문제해결을 위해 유익한 괸계경험을 제공해야 함을 강조하며, 여기에는 탄력성, 동기유발, 의도적 관계, 변화가능성, 잠재력의 가치를 포함한다. 절충성은 개입의 효과성이 검증된 상담이론을 중심으로 이론과 모델의 절충을 의미하며, 여기에는 증거기반, 효과성과 효율성, 과학적 토대, 전문성 강화의 가치가 포함된다. 맥락성은 클라이언트의 문제가 체계나 상황 등의 맥락에서 발생함을 강조하며, 여기에는 환경 속의 개인, 자원동원, 체계적 실천, 이중접근 등의 가치가 포함된다. 끝으로 가변성은 모든 클라이언트는 변화할수 있고 변화를 선택할 수 있음을 강조하며, 여기에는 강점관점, 능력의 신뢰, 자기결정, 책임성, 인간존중의 가치가 포함된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study aims to clarify the identity of social work counseling and to understand clearly the nature of social work counseling by reviewing SPECT model. The author of this study proposed the SPECT model created by the author can present the perspective of social work counseling. The SPECT model consists of five component such as ‘Subjectivity’, ‘Promotion’, ‘Eclecticism’, ‘Context’, ‘Treatable’. ‘Subjectivity’ stresses that every individual must be understood as unique one, ‘Subjectivity’ includes the values of social work practice of respect, individualization, empathy, intentional expression, acceptance and genuine. ‘Promotive relationship’ stresses the client need to have beneficial experience to solve their problems, Promotive relationships include the value of social work practice such as resilience, incentives, intentional relationships, likelihood of change, and potential. ‘Eclecticism’ emphasizes that the theories of social work counseling should be selected based on effectiveness proved, This includes the value of evidence-based, effectiveness and efficiency, scientific foundations and professional strength. ‘Contexture’ emphasizes that problems of client occur in the systemic base, contexture includes the value such as person in environment , resource mobilization, systemic approaches, multidimensional approaches. treatable includes the value of social work practice such as strengths perspective, trust in capabilities, self-determination, accountability, and human respect. Finally, ‘Treatable’ emphasize that every clients can choose the potential for change at any situation, Treatable includes value of social work practice such as strengths perspective, trust in capabilities, self-determination, accountability, and human respect.
