      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      This paper describes the measured results of the frequency-dependent resistivity and relative dielectric constant of the soil around the vertical ground rod of 2 m long. The grounding impedance of the vertical ground rod is simulated in both cases of constant and frequency-dependent soil parameters. The simulated results are compared with the measured grounding impedance and impedance phase. As a result, the simulated result with frequency-dependent soil parameters is in good agreement of the measured results, on the other hand, the simulated results with constant soil parameter are about 50 % higher than the measured grounding impedance in a few hundreds ㎑.
