한국 건강불평등의 구조분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 건강의 다차원성을 고려하여 건강개념을 의료적 차원, 기능적 차원, 자기평가적 차원으로 구성하여, 다양한 건강불평등 원인들의 경로와 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 독립변수로는 소득수준, 교육수준, 연령의 관측변수를 활용하였고, 매개변수로는 건강행태와 의료이용의 잠재변수를 활용하였다. 분석자료는 국민건강영양조사 5기 3차년도(2012년) 자료를 활용하였고, 건강불평등의 영향과 경로를 분석하기 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 활용하였다. 모형의 분석은 포넬(Fornell)과 라커(Locker)의 2단계 분석법을 활용하며, 붓스트랩을 통해 직접효과와 간접효과의 유의성을 검정하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 건강불평등과 이에 따른 결과물이 도출되는 다양한 과정에서, 이를 사전에 예방하기 위한 정책을 설계하고, 결과로써의 불평등을 교정할 수 있는 제도의 마련 및 개선방안을 제시하는데 활용될 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study attempted to overcome limitation on research design and analysis technique of previous studies on health inequality. KNHANES were used to analysis health inequality by using the Structural Equation Modeling. SEM was used to investigate effects and paths of health inequality. Two-step approach of Fornell and Locker(1981) was used to investigate models and to test significance of both direct effect and indirect effect by using bootstrap. The findings can be used to establish policy of preliminary prevention for the research on health equality and its impacts. This can serve as an introduction and be the basis of reform to alleviate the system of inequality.
