정서조절이 힘든 초등학생의 모래놀이치료 사례 = A case study of sandplay therapy of a primary school child having a difficulty in affect regulation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

내담자는 모래상자에서 본인의 모성갈망을 표현하고 이것의 양육을 반복하였다. 이런 양육으로 내적인 성장이 이루어져 구강기 고착이 풀리는 경험을 하였다. 장애 형과의 동일시에서 자신도 형만큼 돌봄이 필요하다거나 깊은 장애를 앓는 형과 자신도 같은 존재임을 표현하기도 하였다. 양육으로 내적인 성장을 하여 구강기 고착이 풀리고 변화되었는데 다시 모의 뱃속까지 그리고 3, 4세로 퇴행을 하고 투쟁을 하며 낚시를 통해 힘이 생기고 성장하여 모와의 심리적인 독립이 가능해지는 경험을 하였다. 이어 자아가 구축되는 성장을 위한 연결을 준비하고 다시 투쟁을 반복하며 드디어 자기를 확고히 구축하여 내담자의 가족에 대한 에너지가 흘러 가족과 통합되어 자기조절이 가능해지면서 불안을 떨치고 안정을 찾아 심리적인 외상이 치유되는 내면의 작업을 마쳤다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study showed a case of sandplay therapy for a 1st grade boy who had a severely handicapped older brother having thorough treatments from the client's birth. Because of the unusual caring for the brother, the client had a difficulty of having appropriate parenting. The mother expected the client to behave more maturely with severe discipline for his immature behaviors. The client showed emotional difficulty, such as withdrawal, talkativeness, separation anxiety etc. There were 34 sandtrays of animals, monkeys, people, unconscious and conscious repeatedly shown. The client was in oral fixation state and fed his repression and fixation during the early sessions of the therapy. He appeared very comfortable without talking verbally in this therapy since he said many things through his sandtrays. He revisited the period when he was emotionally deprived and repeated struggles and achieved and became emotionally independent from his mother. Finally he finished his internal works with establishing strong ego development by showing a train running and peaceful and flowery scenery.
