      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      To observe changes in the hemogram, liver function, tissue oxygen consumption rate & body weight of rats those had been exposed to the 0.05%CO and the 0.1% CO atmosphere for 5 weeks, this study was undertaken following conclusions were observed.
      1) Continuous increase of hemoglobin and hematocrit value was observed in the chronic 0.05% and the ch-ronic 0.1% carbon-monoxide exposure group and it was getting prominent at end if 4 weeks exposure up to final 5 weeks.
      2) No remarkable changes of Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin concentration were observed in the chronic 0.05% CO exposure group but slight increase in the chronic 0.1% CO exposure group could be observed.
      2) Total plasma protein, albumin and Globulin decreased gradually as the exposure prolongs in both experim-ental group.
      3) Icterus index showed no remarkable changes but slight increase in the chronic 0.1% CO exposure group was observed.
      4) Tissue oxygen consumption rate increased in the end of 2 & 3 weeks exposure but returned to original value at the end of 4 & 5 weeks exposure.
      5) The chronic CO exposure group showed continued body weight loss through the exposure and cessation of the growth in reference to the body weight could be seen.
