경호무술 활성화에 따른 경호 교육 여건 조성에 관한 연구 = A study on closely examine the requirement for guard education in accordance with the activation of martial art of guard

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 경호무술 활성화에 따른 경호교육여건조성을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 인구 통계학적변인을 배경변인으로 경호무술 및 경호교육을 독립변인으로 경호교육 여건 조성을 종속변인으로 설정하였다.
본 연구의 목적을 수행하기 위한 2002년 현재 서울 경인지역의 민간 경호요원과 경인지역 4개 대학의 경호 관련 학생들을 표집하여 경호요원 100명과 대학생153명의 연구대상이 표집 되었다.
자료 수집의 도구는 설문지로 본 연구자가 직접 설계하여 에비조사를 통하여 수정 보완하여 설문을 구성하여 내용의 타당성과 구성 타당성을 검증해 주었으며, 항목별 Cronbach alpha 척도검사는 경호교육여건조성에 관한 척도는 .83으로 나타나 신뢰수준이 양호한 것으로 나타났다.
경호무술활성화에 따른 하위 변인별 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고 인구통계학적 변인과 독립변인에 따라 차이검증을 위해 일원변량분석 (one-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 유의한 차이가 나타났을 경우 사후비교분석으로 Scheffe 검증법을 실시하였다.
이상의 연구 방법을 통해 얻어진 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 경호 무술 활성화를 위한 교육 여건 조성의 인구통계학적 측면의 차이 검증에서 경호관련 학생 및 경호원의 성별에는 차이가 없었고 소속과 경력에는 유의한 차이가 있었다.
둘째, 경호 무술 활성화를 위한 경호 교육 여건 조성의 차이검증에서 경호무술경호원의 경호 무술 수련기간에는 차이가 없었고 경호관련학생 및 경호원이 수련으로 습득한 무술종목에도 유의한 차이는 없었다.
셋째, 경호 무술 활성화를 위한 경호 교육 여건 조성의 차이검증에서 경호 관련학생 및 경호원이 수련하고 있는 무술이 가져다 주는 경호 무술의 효과에는 유의한 차이가 없었고 무술의 필요성에 관한 차이검증에는 유의한 차이가 띄었다.
넷째, 경호무술 활성화를 위한 경호 교육 여건 조성을 위한 검증에서 경호에 관한 연구에서 경호의 필요성에는 유의한 차이가 없었고 경호 무술의 효과에는 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 경호교육의 필요성은 유의도 수준에서 차이가 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to closely examine the requirement for guard education in accordance with the activation of martial art of guard. In this respect, I established martial arts of guard and guard education as independent variables and the organization of guard education environment as dependent variables under background variables of demographical aspects.
To achieve the purpose of this study, I sampled the 100 actual guards and 160 students from private guard companies and 4 guard-related universities located in Seoul and Kyunggido. The way to collect data was a questionnaire which was designed by myself and modified and complemented through preliminary investigations and was utilized for verifying the validity of contents and composition. The Cronbach alpha scale was considerably positive in reliability as .83 in organization of guard education requirement.
I calculated the mean and standard deviation, sub-factors in accordance with activation of martial arts of guard and implemented one-way ANOVA for verificaotion of demographical and independent variables. When showing significant difference, we implemented Scheffer verification test as post-analysis.
As a result of this study,
First, in verifying the differences between organization of its education and demographical aspects for the activation of martial arts of guard there was no defference betweenㆍgender or its state as guard or studentㆍbut significance in its job and experiences.
Second, in verifying the requirement of organizing its education for the activation of martial arts of guard, the training time or acquired skills of martial arts showed no significance.
Third, in verifying the requirement of organizing its education for the activation of martial arts of guard, the effects of martial arts of guard have no significance but in necessity of martial arts, the some significance existed.
Fourth, in verifying the requirement of organizing its education for the activation of martial arts of guard, the necessity of guard in guard related study showed no significance, but the effects of martialy arts with significance. The necessity of guard education showed significant differences.
