비행안전교육훈련의 중요도-만족도에 관한 연구 -Crew Resource Management 중심으로- = A Study on the Importance and Satisfaction of the Flight Safety Education Training -Focusing on CRM (Crew Resource Management)-

The purpose of this study is to find suitable management plan for the flight safety by analysing Importance-Satisfaction level relation of CRM Education training understood by crew, and to improve and maintain the flight safety and effective organization of crew members by set-up the relationship between organizational factors of cabin crew and flight crew organization and the factors influencing flight accident through education training. According to the study result CRM Education Training is the education training to achieve the job efficiency and stability by idealizing cross work relationship between surrounding factors and human factors, by perception of the capability and limit of body organism, physiological change and psychology status. To maintain healthy mental and physical condition is the basic requirement to crew and is fundamental requirement for flight safety. So it cannot be ignored while developing education training.
