신경인성 말더듬의 구어 반복 특성

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to clarify characteristics of speech repetition in a neurogenic stuttering group and to examine how the characteristics are different from a developmental stuttering group. For the study, speech samples were collected from 10 adults with developmental stuttering and 10 adults with neurogenic stuttering in the course of speaking tasks in reading and monologue. Using the collected samples, characteristics of speech repetition of the two groups were to be investigated by analyzing type and unit of repetition.The results of this study were as follows:First, The most frequent type of speech repetition was part-word repetition in the both groups. There were a significant difference of part-word repetition between the two groups(p<.05). Part-word repetition was more shown in the neurogenic stuttering group than in the developmental stuttering group.Second, There were a significant difference of units of repetition between the two groups. No differences were found at one time of units of repetition. But there were a significant difference at two times(p<.001) and three over times of units of repetition(p<.001). Adults with a developmental stuttering showed one time repetition commonly. But units of repetition in a neurogenic stuttering group frequently was shown three over times.The results indicated that type of repetition and units of repetition would be important factors for discriminating between developmental stuttering group and neurogenic stuttering group.
