軍생활 중 자살행동 경험의 의미와 과정 연구 - 후방지역 軍전역자의 회고를 중심으로 -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 軍생활 중 자살행동 경험의 의미와 과정을 분석함으로써 軍생활 중의 자살에 대한 실질적인 접근과 자살 의 과정을 살펴봄으로써 자살예방을 위한 다양한 대안을 찾고자 수행되었다. 자살에 다양한 이유가 있겠지만 많은 사람들은 살아가면서 겪는 고통을 해결될 것이라는 기대와 환상 때문에 자살 을 하게 되는데(오진탁, 2014) 특히 군에 입대한 젊은 나이에 생은 마감하는 것은 너무나 안타까운 경우이다. 이를 위해 먼저 최근 군전역자 중 자살을 경험한 총 5명을 참여자를 확보하여 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과 분석은 질적연구 근거이론에 입각하여 총 6가지 구성요소를 통해 설명하였다. 군 자살행동 과정의 중심현상으로 “아무도 없는 막막함”, “아물지 않은 상처 위해 상처”로 나타났다. 인과적 조건으로는 “잃어버린 어린 시절”, “첫 생채기”이 었다. 그리고 맥락적 조건은 “무시하는 행동들”로 나타났고 중재적 조건으로는 “사랑의 힘”으로 나타났다. 그리고 전략은 “고립 그리고 끝을 향해” 와 “고비 넘기기“로 도출되었다. 마지막으로 ”새로운 희망“, ”여전히 아물지 않은 상처“로 나타났고 본연구의 결과를 바탕으로 군 자살의 예방을 위해서는 사회와 가정과 연계된 자살예방이 이루어 져야한다는 것과 군 자살의 큰 영향을 끼치는 시스템적 및 심리적 고립을 탈피하기 위해 노력해야 한다는 실천방법 및 후속 연구를 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted to find a variety of methods for suicide prevention in the lives of military service. specifically, this study examined the course of the practical approach of suicide and by analyzing the meaning and process of the suicidal behavior experience. First, researcher have found the participants five people of military retirees who have experienced suicide during the lives of military service. and researchers conducted in-depth interviews with the target for five people. The results of this study on the basis of qualitative grounded theory study was analyzed through the six components. first, the core phenomenon looked at the process of suicidal behavior during Military of the life. as a result, content was found to be "no one endlessness", "the another wound do not heal over the wound". the second causal condition was "lost childhood", "First Scratch". and third, contextual conditions are found to be "the behavior of ignoring". and intervention conditions were as "The Power of Love". and strategies have been drawn to the "isolated and toward the end" and "Flip hump". the last information shows. "A New Hope", "still does heal wounds."The results of this study is that in order to be linked to social and group homes for suicide prevention. also the suicide of a soldier is talking should be an effort to break the psychological isolation and systematically isolated has had an important effects of suicideFinally, the study proposal two practices and follow-up studies
