      In surveying we usually measure th azimuth of the course by the declinometer, which method is widely used in the surveying.
      Owing mainly to the effect of the magnetic declination and the local attraction, however, the azimuth surveying by the declinometer of the transit can't assure us of its accuracy.
      When we find the above method unsatistactory, we must get it another way; by the triangulation table of the geography.
      But either of them gives us complicated calculation as well as much field work.
      We, therefore, observe the surveying method as follows; by the refraction and the parallax, field work and the measurement of the due north and the latitude through the astronomical observation.
