사회적 기업 활성화를 위한 입법론적 접근 = The Legal Approach for Making Promotion of Social Enterprises

Nowadays there is a rapid growth of socio-economic initiatives among developed countries. Social jobs mean the jobs made by NPO(Non Profitable Organization) for the purpose of providing useful services on the realm of social services which are difficult to make profit. Social jobs make people have the feeling of achievement through the process. Nowadays are the era of old age and the severity of youth unemployment are deepened. Administrative and financial efforts to extend the opportunity of for citizens are major concerns for both central and local Government of Korea. Korean Central Government has the object to make 1000 social enterprises by the year 2012. For that goal Government is making every efforts to expand atmosphere favoring for social enterprise. Nation-wide network of NGO(Non Government Organization) may be used to expand concern for social enterprise. This note surveyed the social enterprises of developed countries and the domestic cases which are evaluated as successful. Even though delayed start of social enterprises compared to European countries, there are many excellent cases with the tradition of Korean culture. In solving the problem of unemployment of young generation social enterprise will be key role in the future.
