개인의 협업태도에 대한 탐색적 연구: 협업경험 및 공공봉사동기를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

그 동안 협업에 대한 중요성은 꾸준히 제기되었다. 특히 우리사회가 직면하고 있는 문제들의 복잡성 (complexity)이 높아지게 됨에 따라 공무원들은 보다 포괄적인 시각을 견지하고 여러 관련된 요인들을 동시에 고려하여 정책을 입안하고 집행해야하는 상황에 놓였다. 이러한 이유에서 여러 분야의 전문성을 보유한 개인 간, 기관 간 협업의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 하지만 협업의 중요성을 강조하면서도 공무원 개인수 준에서 협업에 적극적으로 참여하고, 협업의 방법을 모색하려는 태도를 결정하는 요인에 대한 연구는 부족 하였다. 이러한 문제의식에서 본 연구는 협업의 필요성을 높게 인식하고, 협업에 참여하려는 공무원의 태도에 영향을 미치는 선행요인들에 대해 실증연구를 실시하였다. 분석결과 업무와 관련하여 협업의 필요성과 협업에 대한 과거의 긍정적인 경험이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 이 밖에도 공공봉사동기가 협업과 긍정 적인 관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적 함의와 정책함의를 도출하였다.
