SCM관점의 항만배후단지 성과측정 프레임워크 개발 - BSC, AHP, Fuzzy AHP, DEA, DEA AR 방법론 중심으로 -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 SCM 관점에서 항만배후단지와 입주기업의 성과를 측정할 수 있는 프레임워크 개발을 위한 탐색적 연구로 통합적 관점에서 성과에 대한 SCM 관점의 영향요인들을 도출하고 그 영향력을 실증하였다. SCM 관점의 항만배후단지 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 공급사슬 상의 파트너기업 간의 신뢰성과 정보공유성, 기업내부 프로세스인 운영시스템 효율성과 조직혁신성, 기업외부 요인인 물류네트워크 등을 도출하였다. 선행연구를 통해 타당하고 신뢰할 만한 측정도구를 개발하였고, 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 설정된 연구모형과 가설은 구조방정식모델로 검증하였다. 검증결과 내부공급 사슬 요인인 기업의 운영시스템 효율성과 조직혁신성과 기업외부 영향요인인 물류네트워크 요인은 항만배우단지 성과에 중요한 역할을 한다는 결론을 얻었고 신뢰성과 정보공유성은 유의한 영향력을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was exploratory research that development of framework for measuring performance of port hinterlands in scm's perspective. To achieve this purpose, five determinants of performance of port hinterlands in scm's perspective were derived in integrating perspective: reliability between business partners, information share, efficiency of operating system, innovation of organization and logistics network.
This study developed a valid and reliable measurement instrument for performance of port hinterlands and determinants of SCM's perspective based on literature reviews. Then empirical research was made through a questionnaire survey and verified through structural equation modeling.
As a result, efficiency of operating system, innovation of organization and logistics network were found to have positive effect on performance of port hinterlands.
