안경광학과 학생의 코로나-19 감염예방을 위한 마스크 착용 이행에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Implementation of Mask Wearing for Prevention of COVID-19 Infection by Students in the Dept. of Optometry

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 : 안경광학과 학생의 마스크 착용과 관련된 특성을 파악하고, 일반적 특성에 따른 마스크 착용 이행의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다.
방법 : 경기도 소재의 안경광학과 대학생 113명의 응답을 분석에 이용하였다. 설문 문항은 일반적 특성 4문항, 마스크 착용과 관련된 특성 11문항, 마스크 착용 이행 6문항의 총 21문항으로 구성하였으며, Independent t-test 및 One-way ANOVA를 이용하여 일반적 특성 및 불안과 우울에 따른 마스크 착용 이행의 차이를 비교하였다.
결과 : 현재 사용 중인 마스크는 ‘KF94’가 가장 많았고, 사용하기 원하는 마스크는 ‘Dental’이 가장 많았다. 마스크 재사용 횟수는 ‘재사용하지 않는다’[77명(68.1%)]가 가장 많았고, 마스크를 재사용 할 때 소독 여부는 ‘소독하지 않는다’[69명(61.1%)]가 가장 많았다. 마스크 착용에 대한 신뢰도(마스크 착용이 질병의 감염과 확산을 막을수 있는 정도)는 ‘신뢰한다’[76명(67.3%)]가 가장 많았다. 마스크 착용 이행에 관한 문항에서 ‘나는 감기와 같은 질병의 증상이 있을 때 병원에서 마스크를 착용한다.’가 3.50±1.03점으로 가장 점수가 높았으며, 여성과 기혼일 경우 질병으로부터 나 자신을 보호하기 위해 공공장소나 병원에서 마스크를 더 잘 착용하였다.
결론 : 일반적 특성 중 성별과 결혼 상태에 따라 마스크 착용 이행은 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.
