Epilepsy is one of the most common chronic neurologic conditions that defined by the occurrence of 2 or more
unprovoked seizures. Patients with epilepsy often have difficulty for dental treatment though they have poor oral
hygiene state. In this case report, 46-year-old male patient with severe epilepsy required comprehensive dental
treatment. General anesthesia and conscious sedation with intravenous target controlled infusion method was
successfully employed and patient was discharged without any complications.
