전시ㆍ컨벤션산업에서의 현장실습에 대한 실습생과 직원간의 인식차이에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 관광전공 학생들과 기업체들의 현장실습에 대한 인식 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 현장실습에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통하여 33개의 속성을 도출하고 부산지역 학생 및 기업체들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 231개의 설문지를 수집하여 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과 기업과 학생 간의 인식에는 ‘실습환경’과 ‘실습계획’에서, 업종 간 인식 차이에는 ‘실습환경’과 ‘실습계획’에서, 기업체 직원의 직급에 따른 인식 차이 검증에서는 ‘실습계획’과 ‘인적요인’에서 그리고 성별에 따른 인식차이 분석에서는 학생의 성별에 따라 ‘실습계획’에 차이가 있음이 나타났다. 연구를 통하여 현장실습을 좀 더 효율적으로 운영하기 위해서는 현장실습에 투입되기 전에 현장에 대한 이해를 할 수 있는 시스템을 운영하는 것이 바람직하다는 것이 제시되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the differences in perception between students in internship programs and the employees in the exhibition and convention industry. Through a theoretical study on internship, 33 factors were examined and were used in the surveys of students and employees in Busan who had participated in an internship program. A total of 231 responses were collected and used in the analysis. The differences in perception between the students and employees, as well as between the convention and exhibition industry and the tourism industry, were found in the “practice environment” and “practice planning” areas. Between working-level employees and management-level employees, the differences lay in the “practice planning” and “human resources” areas, and between men and women they were found in the “practice planning” area. As a result, to operate an internship program more efficiently, it is more desirable to run a system that is capable of understanding the field prior to beginning field training procedures.
