다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

A paradigm shift has been occurred reformation of the customer-oriented government in public sector. IT(information technology) has become one of the core elements of managerial reform, and e-government may figure in future governance. E-government is defined as the production and delivery of government services through IT applications. The Website, which is the gateway of information access and receiving services, is a key factor toward e-government construction. Therefore, the study evaluates e-government's websites in the aspect of end-user's view. In addition, this study conducts validity analysis of user evaluation index.
The results of this study are summarized as follows. The performance score in city e-government websites was relatively high even though the period of website's construction and operation was limited. The websites were evaluated with system quality, information quality, service quality, system aesthetics, system stability, and interactivity, which factors are different from those of traditional information systems.
