아버지學校 프로그램이 夫婦結婚滿足度와 父母子女關係增進에 미치는 影響 = The Effect of the Father School Program on Satisfaction Degree of Marriage and Improvement of Parent-Child Relationship

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 아버지학교 프로그램이 부부결혼만족도와 부모자녀관계만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써, 이 프로그램이 실제로 부부관계와 부모자녀관계를 증진시키는 효과를 가져오게 되었는가를 확인하고자 하는 것이었다.
실험대상은 전라북도 정읍을 중심으로 한 전북일원의 지역에 거주하고 있는 아버지들로 구성되어 있다. 이들을 실험집단과 통제집단에 배치하여 실험집단에는 4주간의 아버지학교 프로그램을 실시하고, 통제집단은 같은 기간동안 아무런 혼련이나 조치도 받지 않았다. 프로그램 효과를 파악하기 위해 실험 전과 실험 후에 부부결혼만족도 검사와 부모자녀관계 만족도 검사를 실시하였다.
연구실시결과, 부부결혼만족도 검사에 있어서, 집단과 검사시기간의 상호작용효과가 유의하게 나타나, 실험집단이 통제집단보다 부부결혼만족도가 유의하게 높게 나타났으며, 부모자녀관계만족도 검사에서는 심리내적인 측면에서 집단과 검사시기간에 상호작용효과가 사후검사득점이 사전검사득점에 비해 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 그동안 아버지학교 프로그램이 부부관계증진과 부모자녀관계증진에 효과가 있다는 것이 실증적으로 검증되었다.
본 연구가 갖는 의의를 살펴보면 첫째, 그동안 급속히 확산되어 온 아버지학교 프로그램에 대해 실증적인 검증과정을 거쳐 그 효과에 대한 정확한 내용을 분석할 수 있�B다는 점과, 둘째, 도출된 분석결과는 현행 아버지학교 프로그램이 가지고 있는 특장점과 취약점을 파악하여, 강점은 보다 더 발전시키고, 취약점에 대해서는 그 보완대책을 강구하여 아버지학교 프로그램의 새로운 방향모색의 계기를 마련하였다는 점이다.
본 연구를 진행하는 과정에서 나타난 제한점과 추후연구시 보완사항을 살펴보면, 첫째, 성경적인 가정의 모습의 구현에 목표를 둔 아버지학교 프로그램의 교과과정과 일반적인 개념상의 시각에서 바라본 부부결혼만족도 및 부모자녀관계만족도 척도의 측정문항내용과의 개념적인 차이가 아버지학교 프로그램의 실제효과를 반감시킬 수 있다는 점과, 둘째, 효과측정 방법에 있어서 일방향의 자기 보고식의 방법에서 탈피하여, 상호평가, 사후면접법등 보다 객관적인 측정을 강구하여야 할 것이며, 셋째, 프로그램 효과의 지속성에 관한 문제로, 본 연구에서 밝혀진 프로그램의 긍정적인 효과가 참가자의 실제 상황 속에서 얼마나 계속해서 지속적으로 이어지고 있는지를 밝히는 데는 한계가 있다는 사실이다.
따라서 연구에 참여한 인원들에 대한 관찰과 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 필요가 있으며, 효과를 지속시켜 줄 정례적인 후속 프로그램의 개발운영과 함께, 성경적인 가정의 모습의 구현을 위해 가정과 관련된 각종 프로그램의 개발이 절대적으로 필요할 뿐 아니라, 더 나아가서 아버지학교 프로그램을 이수한 아버지들이 중심이 되어 새로운 가정문화의 선도에 기여할 장의 마련과 지원이 필요할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to prove that the father school program improve relationship of married couple and that of parent-child by verifying the effect of the program on satisfaction degree of marriage and improvement of parent-child relationship.
The experimental objects were consisted of fathers who live in Jung-up city and other areas in Jeonbuk Province. They were divided into two groups. One was an experimental group which took the father school program for 4weeks. And the other group was a controlled group and member of the group didn't take any kind of discipline for the same period.
To prove the effect of the program, people in the two groups took a test which shows the satisfaction degree of marriage and parents-child relationship before and after the program. As the result, the high satisfaction degree of marriage was found on the experimental group, but not on the controlled group. It shows that effect of mutual operation between the groups and time of the test was meaningful. In case of parent-child relationship, in the psychological side of subpart, test score of the satisfaction degree of parent-child relationship was meaningfully higher after the experiment than before. On these results, the father school program was demonstratively proved that this program is effect on improvement of the satisfaction degree of Marriage and that of parent-child relationship.
As regards meaning of this study, First, we could analyze the effect of the program which was rapidly spread out .with accurate contents through demonstrative process of verification. Second, we can have a chance of new direction groping. By using the results, we could know strong and weak points of the program and make strong points much strongly with seeking complementary measures for weak points. Look at the restricted points which appeared in this study and complementary points for further study. First, different concepts between curriculum of the program which want to realize a biblical family and context of the test which was measured for satisfaction degree of marriage and that of parent-child relationship can make real effect of the program to shrink. Second, we should seek to find objective measurements such as mutual evaluation, post interview except one way self-report. Third, as a matter of durability of effect, there are restrictions to clear how continuous the positive effect will go on real life.
Accordingly, continuous study and observation of the participants are needed. Also, after program have to be created and operated to continue the effect, Other programs which could realize the biblical family are needed to contribute to make a new culture of family with people who took the program as central force.
