파트너기업에 대한 신뢰와 외부협업 활동이 기업 간 지식공유에 미치는 영향 : 전라북도 소재 중소 제조업체를 중심으로 = The Impacts of Inter-organizational Trust and External Collaboration on Knowledge Sharing : Focused on the Small and Medium Sized Manufacturers in Jeollabuk-do

국문 초록 (Abstract)

그동안 기업 간 협력적 파트너십을 대상으로 하여 공급사슬관리 및 기업간 관계 형성 강화를 목적으로 수행된 선행연구들에서는 신뢰와 협업의 중요성을 강조해 왔다. 파트너 기업과의 협력적 관계 유지는 향후 기업 간 지식공유를 촉진하는 중요한 계기가 될 수 있으며, 이러한 협업관계 유지에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 적절한 통제를 통해 협업 지속성을 확보하기 위한 방안마련이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 파트너 기업과의 협업관계유지 활동을 운영적 협업과 전략적 협업의 두 가지 개념으로 구분하고, 파트너 기업에 대한 신뢰와 기회주의적 행동, 공유된 가치, 명성 등이 기업 간 지식공유에 미치는 영향을 구조적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 전라북도에 소재한 중소기업 93개 기업에 대한 설문조사를 실시, 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 연구개념간 영향력 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 파트너 기업에 대한 기회주의적 행동은 외부협업중 전략적 협업에 유의적인 영향을, 파트너기업과의 공유된 가치는 외부협업(전략적, 운영적)과 신뢰에 유의적인 영향을, 파트너기업의 명성은 운영적 협업과 기업간 신뢰에 각각 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 기업 간 신뢰는 전략적 협업과 지식공유에, 전략적 협업은 지식공유에 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 실증분석결과를 통해 기업 간 지식공유가 활발해 지기 위해서는 운영적 협업보다는 전략적인 분야에서의 협업이 이루어져야 함을 확인하였으며, 이러한 전략적 협업이 이루어지기 위해서는 기업 간 신뢰형성은 물론이고 파트너 기업과의 공유된 가치, 명성은 증대시키고 기회주의적 행동을 보이지 못하게 하는 전략적 방안이 필요함을 확인하는 계기가 되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

To emphasize the company's partnership of trust and collaboration conducted, several prior studies have emphasized the importance of Maintaining the collaborative relationships with partners. In this study, in collaboration with partners and strategic collaborative operational relationship maintenance activities, divided into Two concepts of collaboration and trust and opportunistic behavior of partners, shared values , reputation and impact on knowledge sharing between companies examined structurally. For this purpose, small businesses located in Jeollabuk-do on 93 companies surveyed, structural equation modeling was conducted under the empirical analysis. As a result, I confirmed that there are significant effects in relationships between opportunistic behavior and strategic collaboration, between the shared values with others companies and trust, strategic collaboration, operational collaboration, between the reputation of other companies and trust, operational collaboration. And I found out that strategic collaboration and trust have the positive effects in knowledge sharing intention. From these results, inter-organizational knowledge sharing in order to be more active than the operational, strategic collaboration, take place this strategic collaboration between the companies as well as building trust and shared with partners value, reputation and the growing strategic plan to prevent opportunistic behavior seem to confirm that the instrument was required.
