Today`s aging problem is getting serious. The number of Chinese senior citizens is the biggest in the world. China joined the aging society in 1999. The senior citizens over 60years old in China should reach 412 million (27.43% of the total Chinese population) in the year of 2050. The size of the silver tourism market over 55years old in this context is huge. This study suggests tourism could be the effective method of children`s filial piety to their aging parents because they want their children`s attention in their life and tourism could facilitate these relationship between children and their parents. This study analyzes the problems of existing silver tourism packages and proposes alternatives for the problems.
