방위산업 기술유출 추이 및 보안 대응방안에 대한 메타분석 연구 = A Meta-Analysis of Trends in Defense Industry Technology Leakage and Security Measures

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국의 방위산업 기술 수준이 향상됨에 따라, 주요 해외 국가로의 수출액 증가와 함께 방위산업의 중요성이 지속적으로 부각되고 있다. 최근에는 방위산업이 주요 기술 유출 대상이 되고 있다는 언론 보도가 잇따르고 있다. 이러한 위협에 대응하기 위한 방위산업 보호 전략이 활발히 연구되고 있으나, 해외 수출 및 현지 생산과 관련한 새로운 보안 위협이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 언론 보도를 기반으로 방위산업 기술 유출의 현황을 분석하고, 유출 유형별 기술 보호 대책 연구 동향의 변화를 살펴보는 것을 목표로 한다. 세부적으로 최근 3년간 보도된 방위산업 기술 유출 시도의 사례를 빅카인즈를 이용하여 유형별로 분류하고, KCI 등재 학술지를 기준으로 방위산업 기술 보호 대책과 관련된 연구 흐름을 검토한다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 방위산업 기술 보호 정책 수립의 방향성을 제시하는 데 유용한 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

The South Korea's defense technology and industry are improving through increasing exports to major countries. Cause the level of defense technology is improving, the leakage threat also increase. So, recently there have been many media articles reporting that the defense industry is becoming a target of leaks. Recently research which was related defense industry security is being conducted, but new type of threats are emerging so fast. Especially, relation to overseas exports and production section were very threatful environment. So, to solve this problem this paper analyzes the status of defense industry technology leakages based on media reports and examines trends. And also we analyze research trends about defense industry security measurements. Finally we confirm which topic needs to decrease defense industry threat.
