한국로고스경영학회의 어제와 오늘, 그리고 내일 = Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow of Korean Association of Logos Management

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of this paper is to explore the history of Korean Association of Logos Management(KALM), to review its current status, and to search for and suggest the direction to take for the continued development of the society.
First, the organizational background and activities of the Christian Management Research Group, which became the foundation of KALM were briefly written. Then, the background and situation of the founding of KALM was summarized. Next, the development process was looked at after KALM was founded. And the direction of KALM was explored and several suggestions were made. In particular, the author proposed that the academic society strategically pursue the integrated research of faith and management. As the author see KALM continuing to grow, he is reminded of the parable of the mustard seed in Matthew 13:31 and 32. "The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all your seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and perch in its branches." Paul says in Romans 11:36: “For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen.” This society is one where God informs the author that it is important from the perspective of the Kingdom of God to research and educate business administration with a biblical worldview even in the constitutional world. By sharing this vision with other Christian business professors, the society has developed to this day. This KALM was started by God, and developed through God. So, we must not forget that our society is an academic one for the glory of God. Therefore, when all members, including the president of KALM, seek first kingdom of God and His righteousness, God will allow not only Korean companies and society, but also the nations of the world, to be blessed through KALM.
