      The purpose of this study is to explore groups characters and relationship among multiple intelligence, career inclination, and career maturity based on the level of English academic achievement through multiple intelligence career aptitude test. To answer the test, a survey was conducted with 15 high school first graders of high rank and 15 of lower rank. The Daekyo MI career aptitude test for high school students was used for data processing. As a result of analysis, it was found that logical-mathematical area in MI aptitude career and bodily-kinesthetic area in MI career inclination was significantly higher in high level group than in lower level group. Career confidence, career independence, and career preparation in career maturity were significantly higher in high level group than in lower level group. In addition, it was known that high level group showed high interests in career confidence, independent thinking and career and high logical-mathematical intelligence of high level group affected career maturity. Characteristics of correlation among the whole group showed that self-reflection in correlations among eight areas of MI aptitude career had the highest association with other areas. Also self-reflection area had profound association with most areas of career maturity and importance of career education focused on the development of self-reflection intelligence was emphasized. Therefore, it is considered that this study will be available as the basic material of the program helping the improvement of academic achievement and career exploration based on multiple intelligence.
