코로나 19 스트레스로 인한 정신건강의 연구 동향 = Research Trends in Mental Health Due to COVID-19 Stress: with a focus on major domestic academic journals

국문 초록 (Abstract)

COVID-19 팬데믹으로 정신건강 후유증에 대한 우려가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 상담 분야에서 최근 많은 내담자에게 보이는 우울과 불안에 관련하여 국내에서 이루어지고 있는 COVID-19 스트레스로 인한 정신건강의 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 2020년부터 2022년 12월 말까지 국내 KCI에 등재된 24편의 학술논문을 대상으로 분석기준 및 세부사항, 학술지 출판경로별 현황, 발행연도, 연구방법, 자료수집, 연구대상, 측정도구를 관계별로 분석하였다. 심리치료 및 상담 분야에서 중요한 기제(機制)인 우울과 불안은 정신건강과 관련되어 있다. 우울척도로 CES-D와 PHQ-9의 활용도가 높았고, 불안척도로 GAD-7이 활용된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 COVID-19 스트레스로 인한 정신건강의 관련변인이 사람들의 정신건강에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고 이를 통해 향후 심리치료 및 상담의 역할에 대한 시사점 및 제언을 논하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Concerns about mental health after-effects are increasing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of mental health due to COVID-19 stress that is being conducted in Korea in relation to depression and anxiety seen in many clients in the field of counseling. Methods: From 2020 to the end of December 2022, 24 academic papers registered in the KCI in Korea were analyzed by relationship, including analysis criteria and details, current status by academic journal publication path, publication year, research method, data collection, research object, and measurement tool. Results: Depression and anxiety, which are important mechanisms in the field of psychotherapy and counseling, are related to mental health. CES-D and PHQ-9 were highly utilized as depression scales, and GAD-7 was used as anxiety scales. Conclusions: Through this study, the impact of mental health-related variables caused by COVID-19 stress on people's mental health was analyzed, and implications and suggestions for the role of psychotherapy and counseling in the future were discussed.
