      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

During its annexation, Japan forcefully applied its rules and enacted special laws for Korea to plan its foundation for colonization of Korea. The Government-General gained control over Korea’s executive, legislative and judicial power and maintained order through executive and police force rather than legislation. In 1912, Japan issued ‘Customs Survey Report’. Most of it was incorrect, but it did serve as the source of the Common Law. In such miserable times, Yun was born on Jun. 21, 1908 in Yesan, Chungnam. He was rather dauntless in disposition and received a very independent education at home. His filial affection for his parents was high since he was little and his love for his parents is apparent in his poetries and letters.
Yun felt that Rural Enlightenment Movement had certain limitations to improve the rural life in Joseon. He came to realize that freeing Korea from Japanese grasp required armed struggle and defected to China in 1930 to join the Independence Movement. On Apr. 29, 1932, Yun started Hongkou Park Heroic Deed in Shanghai, China and changed the course of Korea’s independence movement. This movement was arranged to let the world know of colonization of Japanese imperialism and to put forward a just world with freedom and equality.
