복합문화시설 외부공간 설계요소의 공공성분석 = 국립아시아문화전당을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지역사회에서 요구되는 문화권에 대한 평등성 및 공공성 실현을 위하여 건립된 복합문화시설 외부공간이 내포해야할 공공성 관련 설계요소 평가 및 계획 방향 제시에 목적을 가진다. 연구결과, 복합문화시설 공공성 설계요소 중 ‘접근성’이 가장 중요한 높은 요소로 선정되었으며, ‘안전성’, ‘쾌적성’, ‘편의성’, ‘정체성’, ‘개방성’, ‘다양성’, ‘심미성’의 순으로 도출되었다. 국립아시아문화전당 외부공간의 공공성 설계요소에 대한 평가는 ‘다양성’이 가장 높은 점수, ‘정체성’, ‘쾌적성’, ‘접근성’, ‘심미성’, ‘안전성’, ‘개방성’, ‘편의성’의 순으로 평가받았다. 그리고 이용객만족도조사를 통하여 전체적 공공성 설계요소 평균값을 기준으로 재검토 및 개선 필요성이 있는 공공성 설계요소를 도출하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present study aims to propose a direction for design elements and planning related to publicity that must be contained in the external spaces of complex cultural facilities constructed to realize the equality of and publicize the cultural areas required in communities. The results of this study revealed that “accessibility” was the most important element of the publicity design elements of complex cultural facilities, followed by “safety,” “comfort,” “convenience,” “identity,” “openness,” “diversity,” and “aesthetics,” in descending order. Of the publicity design elements used in the external spaces of the National Asian Culture Complex, “diversity” received the highest score, followed by “identity,” “comfort,” “accessibility,” “aesthetics,” “safety,” “openness,” and “convenience.” A user satisfaction survey revealed that the following elements were identified as needing to be reviewed and improved based on the mean value of overall publicity design elements: “access from a vehicle,” “location and number of convenience facilities,” “regional characteristics,” “location and number of guidance facilities,” “number of CCTV cameras,” “access from streets and crosswalks,” “barrier-free facilities,” “number of vertical circulation vents,” “low-level transitional spaces,” “cultural history preservation,” “spatial proportions,” “access from bicycles,” and “waterscape facility design.”
