But inter-group conflicts are generated so much in korean inbound tourism market. Therefore it is very important to investigate the onflicts' structure for tourists' satisfaction and development of two business, and then to build up the relationship marketing strategies.
Therefore it is implicated that the relationship marketing strategies between two business groups is needed for tourists' satisfation and development of two business.
In that point, this study examined the conflicts' structure and the management of the conflicts between hotels and travel agencies. The model was used to determine various relationships.
