1-(Methylthio) Vinyllithium을 이용한 1,4-dicarbonyl 화합물의 합성 = Synthesis of 1,4-dicarbonyl compound Using 1-(methylthio) Vinyllithium

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1,4-디카르보닐 화합물을 합성하기 위한 새로운 컨쥬게이트 첨가/알킬화 방법이 발표되었다. 현 실험에선 초기 물질로 sulfide을 사용하였따.
α-phosphoryl methyl sulfide를 aldehyde 와 반응시키면 vinyl sulfides로 전환된다.
Diethyl[ (methyl (aryl) thio) methyl] phosphonates는 triethyl phosphite와 chloromethyl(aryl)sulfide을 Arbuzou 반응법으로 제조한것이다.
diorganocuprate는 순수한 cuprous iodide와 vinyl sulfide을 반응시켜서 얻는다.
계속적으로 중간체인 α, β-불포화 sulfide 축합 반응물질을 가수분해시켜서 최종 생산물인 1,4-dione을 얻는다.
1H-NHR 스펙트라로 1,4-dione을 확인함으로 이 방법을 증명하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

To synthesize 1,4 - dicarbonyl compound a new conjugate addition/ alkylation method was reported. In the present experiments sulfide was used as a starting agent. a- phosphoryl methyl sulfide with aldehyde are converted into vinyl sulfides.
Diethyl C [(methyl(aryl) thio)methyl] phosphonates which prepared by Arbuzov reaction of triethyl phosphite with chloromethyl (aryl) sulfide.
The diorganocuprate was obtained by treatment of purified cuprous iodide with vinyl sulfide. Subsequent hydrolysis of the intermediate α, β- unsaturated sulfidecondensation product affords the desired 1,4 - dione end product.
This method was proved to give 1,4 - dione by means of examination of H-NMR spectra.
