Uhyeon Koyuseop had been major in the modern esthetics and korean art history under the rule of Japanese imperialism. He built up the foundation in the korean art history``s study. He has many-sided interests on the korean art history. He has built up a various basis of the korean art history. He concentrated more on the study of Buddhism art history than any other subject. He lay stress on the Pagoda and Buddhist image around the Korean art history. He made a special study of the history and style of Korean Pagoda and published the results of Korean Pagoda``s research work. His study got a big writeup in the Samkukyusa. The historical book written by Ilyeon monk when the late of Korea. It requires consideration from various angles about what do the research works say about Samkukyusa``s record. We study of the cognition on the Pagoda and Buddhist Image``s record of Samkukyusa to Koyuseop. He had thought a treasure of information about Samkukyusa``s record. He made the best use of the Pagoda history and Buddhist Image``s record within the Samkukyusa. He did a detailed and analyzed analysis of that the Samkukyusa``s record. It made good use of his study on the Korean Pagoda and Buddhist Image. He applied the modern theory in Korean Pagoda``s research work. But he was not believe the historical every record. He has been brought to an national identity from the esthetic sense and sense of beauty within the Korean Pagoda. There are great difference among the Eastern Asia(Korea, China, Japan). He believed that disclose our country``s identity through the deep study and distinguished aspect on the Korean Pagoda``s history.
