PET에서 방출조영자료 만을 사용한 활성분포와 감쇠지도에 대한 동시 추정법 = Simultaneous Estimation for Activity distribution and Attenuation Map Using Only Emissive Scan Data in PET

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  의료영상장비인 PET에서 감쇠지도의 추정을 위해서는 투과조영이 필수적이었다. 그러나 최근 투과조영 없이 방출조영만으로 감쇠지도와 활성분포를 추정할 수 있다는 경험적 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 약간의 가정만 충족된다면 방출조영자료 만으로도 두 특성의 동시추정이 가능하다는 것을 이론적으로 설명하고, 두 특성의 구현을 위해 단조적 재구성 알고리즘을 제시하며, 모의 영상 실험을 통해 그 타당성을 보였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  In PET, it is necessary to use transmission scan data in order to estimate the attenuation map. Recently, however, there are some empirical studies in which one can simultaneously estimate the attenuation map and the activity distribution using only emissive scan data without transmission scanning. In this paper, we provide some statistical explanations for simultaneous estimation of both characteristics with emission scan data, introduce a monotonic algorithm for reconstruction for them and show the validity through a simulation with an image experiment.
