사회발전차원에서의 삶의 질 고찰 = A Study on the Quality of Life within Social Development Stage

Until now, Korea government has stressed economical development among many fields that it is the political, economical, social and so on. Due to the planning, Korea has achieved surprising economical growth. Nevertheless, there was comparative poverty' because of poor policy on wealth distribution. So, it is necessary to reform unfair distribution of wealth and enlarge supply of social welfare service for improving quality of life to small income class. Because economical development plannings stressed mainly economical development policy, the government had little attention about environmental problems, even though it was important to prevent environmental problem in advance then after the fact.
In this situation, we have to operate strong checking system about pollution and set up the policy in consideration of rational distribution of wealth. According to this, as a view point of nation development, it is stated that the government should effort to improve quality of life for everyone.
So, this paper has forcused at the later between political development and social development which are final stage of the developing public administration theory model. Also, it deals with a environmental problems and social benefit, because they are closely related with quality of life.
Given the difficulty of studies, its range limits environment part in the natural environment and social welfare part in the social environment.
