우리나라 소년사법에 있어서 가족집단협의(Family Group Conferencing) 제도의 도입방안 = For the Adaption of "Family Group Conferencing" in korean Juvenile Justice System

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In many different shapes, under many different procedures are operating the new paradigm of juvenile justice system in the name of "Restorative Justice". These processes enable families and offender to be involved in decision about themselves and involve victims in contributing to decisions about how best to deal with the offending which has affected them.
"Family Group Conferencing(FGC)" are to be taken as the most useful model to reach to the aims of these practices. FGC provide a means of involving families in deciding what would be the most appropriate response to their young peoples offending. FGC was developed in New Zealand and has been further adapted as it has been used in other countries and there are now even new versions of conferencing found in world wide.
In this paper, I first describe the practice of different forms of Conferencing-Modell, and I explore the potential powers of FGC. Then, I suggest as conclusion the best way to adapt the core idea and practice of FGC in korean juvenile justice system.
