대학생 디지털 리터러시(Digital Literacy) 진단도구 개발 및 타당화 연구 = Development and Validation of Digital Literacy Scale for University Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학교육 맥락에서 대학생의 디지털 리터러시(Digital Literacy) 역량을 측정할 수 있는 진단도구를 개발하고, 타당화하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 디지털 리터러시와 관련한 국내외 선행연구를 토대로 이론 모델을 구성하고, 설문조사를 실시하여 이론 모델의 통계적 타당성을 검증하였다. 전국 4년제 대학 111개교의 대학생 63,391명의 응답 자료가 분석되었으며, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 적용하였다. 연구 결과, 최종적으로 대학생 디지털 리터러시 진단도구는 4개 요인의 23개 문항으로 구성되었다. 구체적으로 ‘디지털 도구 활용 역량(5개 문항)’, ‘데이터 활용 역량(8개 문항)’과 ‘디지털 윤리 역량(5개 문항)’, ‘디지털 활용 학습 역량(5개 문항)’이 포함되었다. 본 연구 결과는 디지털 리터러시 관련 학문적 발전에 기여하고, 대학생의 성장과 발전을 위해 디지털 리터러시 역량 교육을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시한다는 점에 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a scale that can measure digital literacy competency of university students in the context of higher education. To achieve the purpose of the study, a theoretical model was constructed based on previous studies related to digital literacy, and the statistical validity of the theoretical model was verified through a survey. The sample included 63,391 students from 111 universities in Korea, and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were applied. As a result, the final scale of digital literacy consisted of 23 items of four factors. Specifically, digital tool utilization (5 items), data literacy (8 items), digital ethics (5 items), and digital-based learning experience(5 items) were included. The study provided theoretical and practical implications. It contributes to academic development related to digital literacy and presents policy implications for digital literacy competency education for the growth and development of university students.
